Refund Policy

1. Masterclasses

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you’ve watched less than 20% of the lessons. No reason needed.
• We calculate the percentage from the viewing data recorded by the learning platform. Free preview lessons you watched before buying don’t count.
• When we refund a masterclass, your access ends.
• The guarantee applies once per masterclass: if you buy a masterclass again after we refunded it, the new purchase isn’t covered.
• After 14 days, or once you’ve watched 20% or more of the lessons, masterclasses aren’t refundable, except as described in section 5.

2. Live classes

• Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session.
• After that, we can’t refund your seat, but you can transfer it to a later edition of the same class. Ask us before the first session of your edition; transfers depend on seat availability and can be made once.
• Missed sessions aren’t refunded: every session is recorded and shared with the class.
• If we cancel a class or can’t run it as scheduled, you choose between a full refund and a seat in a later edition.

3. One-to-one sessions

• Full refund if you ask before your first session.
• Once your first session has taken place, the package isn’t refundable, including any sessions you haven’t used yet.
• Sessions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Sessions not used within that time expire and aren’t refunded.
• You can reschedule a session at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session canceled with less notice, or missed, counts as used.
• If your mentor cancels or reschedules a session, it never counts as used.

4. Ebooks

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason needed.
• When we refund an ebook, your license to it ends, together with its support, updates and any welcome call not yet held. Please delete the files you downloaded.
• The guarantee applies once per ebook: if you buy an ebook again after we refunded it, the new purchase isn’t covered.
• After 14 days, ebooks aren’t refundable, except as described in section 5.

5. When something goes wrong on our side

If a masterclass link or an ebook download doesn’t work, a session or call can’t take place as scheduled, or anything else goes wrong on our side, email us: we’ll fix it or refund you, whatever the timing. These commitments are in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@greenstore-us.com from the address you used for your order, and include:

• your order number, which you’ll find in your confirmation email;
• the product you’d like refunded;
• the reason, if you’d like to share it. It’s optional, but it helps us improve.

7. Processing time

We reply within 2 business days. Once we approve a refund, we issue it within 5 business days to the original payment method. You’ll get an email when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.
