Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest, and we email your confirmation and receipt to the address you use at checkout. Your ebooks and the support that comes with them are in your account: if you don’t have one yet, create it with that same email address and your purchases will be there.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Is checkout secure?

Yes. You pay on the secure checkout page of our payment processor, currently Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers, and we don’t store them.

Do prices include sales tax?

No. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Where sales tax applies, it’s calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you pay.

How do I access my masterclass?

Right after payment, we email you an access link to the learning platform, and the link is also in your account. Watch on a computer, tablet or phone, whenever it suits you.

For life, meaning for as long as we offer the masterclass, with updates included. If we ever retire one, we’ll email you at least 60 days before. You can watch every lesson as many times as you like.

How do live classes work?

Small groups meet on Zoom on fixed dates, listed on each class page in Pacific Time. Your seat is confirmed by email right after payment.

Every session is recorded and shared with the class, so you can catch up in your own time.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Turning your camera on makes the class livelier, but you can keep it off and ask your questions in the chat. Sessions are recorded, so keeping your camera off also keeps you out of the recording.

Can I cancel or change my seat?

You get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session. After that, you can move your seat to a later edition of the same class. See our Refund Policy.

How do I book my sessions?

After payment, we email you a booking link. Pick the times that suit you from your mentor’s calendar; each booking is confirmed by email.

How do I get my ebook?

Right after payment, it’s in your account as a PDF, ready to download, read on a tablet or computer and print. The Complete Kitchen Garden comes as three PDFs, one per volume. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email address and your ebook will be there.

Can I buy a printed copy?

No. Our books are published only as ebooks, which lets us keep them up to date and answer your questions as you use them. You can print the pages you need, or the whole book, for your own use. Nothing we sell ships by mail.

How does lifetime support work?

Every ebook includes written support from our garden team. Go to Support in your account and ask about your own garden, within the subject of the ebook: a crop that failed, a tree that won’t fruit, a soil report you can’t read. We reply in writing, in your account, within 2 business days. There’s no phone line or live chat.

What doesn’t support cover?

Support answers questions; it isn’t a consultation. Full garden designs, planting plans drawn for your site and site visits aren’t included: for those, book a one-to-one session. Please keep to one topic per message, with the details we need to answer it.

Yes. When we revise an ebook or publish a new edition, the new PDF appears in your account at no cost.

What does “lifetime” mean?
