A private 90-minute video call with garden designer Claire Donovan about your garden: what to keep, what to take out, what to plant and in which order. Claire studies your photos and measurements beforehand, so the call goes to decisions, not questions. Within five business days you receive a written action plan and a plant list for your zone.

It suits a garden that isn’t working as well as one that hasn’t started: the border that’s bare by July, the view of the neighbor’s garage, the lawn that drinks too much water, the side yard nobody uses. On the call you can walk Claire around with your phone while she sketches options on screen and explains what each one costs in money, effort and upkeep. For 30 days afterward, you can send follow-up questions by email.

A consultation isn’t a full design. You won’t get a scaled drawing, and big projects, such as a new patio, regrading or a full irrigation system, still need a contractor and often a proper plan; the Bespoke Garden Design Plan covers that. But many gardens don’t need a redesign. They need a dozen good decisions, made in the right order, and Claire will tell you when the simplest option is the right one.
